Shipping and Payment
This Label is not our mainjob. It is a kind of Passion we used to fill our free time with. So please be patient with us, if we are not always able to send you your order immediately.
In the normal case it takes 3-5 days for national sendings. International sendings take a bit longer, depending on where you live. Orders within the EU take approx. 5-14 days. Non-EU orders can take up to 3-4 weeks.
We try to keep the shipping costs as low as possible. Therefor we calculate individual shipping costs for every order. You only have to pay the "real" shipping costs. No extra/hidden costs!

After you have placed your order, we ll send you an email with the total amount including shipping. Please make no payment, before you get the mail from us.

Here a short list about possible Shippingcosts:
within germany:
* LP / 12" / 10" = 3.90€ (Hermes Parcel, insured to 500€)
* 7" / CD / Tape / Shirt = 2.20€
* Patch = 0.90€

within the EU:
* LP / 12" / 10" = 3.00€ - 13.90€ (insured to 500€)
* 7" / CD / Tape / Shirt = ~ 3.00€
* Patch = ~ 1.90€

everywhere else/Non-EU (depends on where you live):
* LP / 12" / 10" = 6.00€ - ... (insured to 500€)
* 7" / CD / Tape / Shirt = 6.00 - 12.00€
* Patch = ~ 2.00€

Payment
All payments have to been done in EURO (€) and prepaid.
You can transfer the money to our band-account or paypal-account. if you want to use paypal, you also have to pay an extra fee.
Payment from:
* Germany: 1.9% (of total amount) + 0.35 EUR
* EU: 3.4% (of total amount) + 0.35 EUR
* Non EU: 3.9% (of total amount) + 0.35 EUR
